The value of the improvements is $600,000. I doubt if you can build 30,000 sf for that price. I’m assuming that much of the facelift will be to the old structures. It would be nice to see some plans posted when they are available.

The value of the improvements is $600,000. I doubt if you can build 30,000 sf for that price. I’m assuming that much of the facelift will be to the old structures. It would be nice to see some plans posted when they are available.
