PARADE OF HOMES -- It is Parade of Homes season and once again UrbanTallahassee is out to track the latest trends in new home construction. We get very excited about this event because it is the one time of the year that we dedicate to showcasing single-family home development -- this being distinct from multi-family construction which includes condominiums, town home developments and of course apartments.
PARADE OF HOMES -- The Parade of Homes is a signature event for the Tallahassee Builders Association. It provides an unparalleled marketing opportunity for the organization's builders to showcase their homes to a broad Tallahassee general public who may be shopping around for a new home, getting remodeling or staging ideas, or just being nosey.
This annual showcase of new single-family residential construction is mainly hosted in Tallahassee with select entries also scattered throughout unincorporated Leon County and other counties in the Tallahassee Metro.
