panda express is very hit or miss by its nature.. Im always weary of food that sits in trays under heat lamps.

Wasn't very impressed on our last visit. Many of the choices where not available, set up is not good, had to walk in front of people to see what they had available and chicken was overdone. Probably won't go back.

Well a year has gone by and it looks like they might be finally starting this project. I noticed that a lot has been cleared in front of Lowe's when I passed by today.

I guest there starting to build the Panda Express in the space next to the new pep boys tire center . that is in front of Lowes.

Based on the address, it sounds like it is going out front of Lowes. I seem to remember a For Lease sign or something similar out there, but never could figure out what was being leased. I wonder if they are building in the space between Big 10 Tires and Superlube which would be the parking areas close to CCNE for Lowes.

I'm still unsure where in front of Lowe's this is supposed to go. The area directly in front of the store appears very crowded. Does anyone know if an existing building is to be demolished there prior to commencement of construction on this restaurant?
