Design: DodStone Group Architects, Moore Bass Consulting

Contractor: Mad Dog Construction

Description: This project consists of the construction of a new two story, 40,000 gross square foot mulit-tenant office building. One of the initial and primary tenants of this new building is First American Title Insurance. Value of project is $6,000,000.00

I love Mad Dog construction, they are local, they build Green and sustainable buildings, and just an all around great local company.

Northview is Summit East's latest office addition: "Built by Mad Dog Construction, the $6 million project is 90 percent leased and features a modern style of architecture in keeping with the high-tech environment of the park."
