Description: The Plaza Tower is a 23 story, mixed use condominium tower. It will contain 36,532 square feet of retail/office space, 682 parking spaces in a multilevel parking garage below the plaza, and 202 condominium, all totaling 583,000 square feet. This building rises 227 feet above Kleman Plaza, and 263 feet above Bronough Street making it just short of the Florida Capitol and Turlington Education buildings. It appears much shorter than it is because of the ground elevation relative to other buildings downtown. The project's developer is BCOM, Inc., a Miami, FL based company.
