Description:  To be located on a 1.03 acre lot,  the proposed project calls for the conversion of the former  3,800 SF Gutheries restaurant on Timberlane into a Jimmy John's sub shop. This project would mark the 4th Jimmy Johns location in Tallahassee. This site sits just north of the intersection of I-10 and Thomasville Road. This property is zoned AC (activity center).

There building another Jimmy Johns next to Sonny's BBQ on Timberlane.
There are guys there today tearing out the insides of the old Guthrie's building. They also have pictures covering the windows of Jimmy John's subs.
